Assembly & Test Technician

A global manufacturer of advanced adhesives, coatings and light-curing equipment seeks an Assembly & Test Technician to support their R&D Team in Santry.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and maintain relevant test setups for various engineering tests.
  • Assist engineers in developing, building and testing prototypes and new products, processes and procedures.
  • Operate smt, wire bond and die bond equipment.
  • Perform daily production activities based on the production schedule.
  • Inspect and test new engineering raw material to ensure compliance with requirements and specs.
  • Liaise with Engineering and relevant departments to resolve various technical issues.
  • Maintain and develop test documentation in line with relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 – 3 years' experience in a small to medium engineering or manufacturing company with relevant testing responsibilities.
  • Diploma/Degree in mechanical or electrical or another relevant field.
  • Workshop and soldering skills preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office literate and IT hardware skills required.
