Job Summary: Theoretical Knowledge Instructor
Develop and deliver training programs for ab initio flight academy, ensuring high-quality instruction and effective management of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Head of Training in ab initio Flight Academy(s) and develop dedicated MPL courses with customers.
- Update existing ab initio training programs and courseware to meet evolving needs.
- Manage dedicated projects within flight training, from creation to deployment.
- Provide oversight and proactive management of MPL programs and Airbus Flight Academy Program.
- Identify emerging issues and opportunities for training program enhancement and advise the Head of Training.
- Control resources and/or create policies in their area of responsibility.
- Coordinate with local Airbus Flight Academy Postholders and staff to identify operational needs.
- Identify and propagate best practices, assess the impact of proposed changes, and facilitate change within the Airbus Flight Academy.
- Monitor and maintain operational data to guide business decisions.
- Monitor, review, and act upon applicable regulatory, customer, and external guidance related to training program content and delivery.
- Facilitate and assist in the implementation of Airbus instructor standardization policies across local programs.
- Monitor the quality of training delivery and take action to correct discrepancies or deficiencies.
- Coordinate with Standards, Compliance, and Regulatory departments to maintain local alignment with the Airbus Network.
- Provide guidance and assistance in the development and implementation of new training programs.
- Maintain Airbus Flight Instructors qualifications and client training activities.
Customer Relations:
- Review and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys and feedback, ensuring local training delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key customers, authorities, and clients.
- Maintain a customer/client orientation, often under adverse circumstances.
