We are seeking a Toddler Room Assistant to support the smooth running of our toddler room, working closely with the room leader and other assistants to ensure a high-quality educational experience for our children.
About the Role
CocoBee Childcare is a leading provider of childcare services, dedicated to delivering a Montessori-based education to our young students. As a Toddler Room Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the room leader and other assistants to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the room leader and other assistants to ensure the smooth running of the toddler room
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including daily administrative requirements
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and healthy environment for children
- Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development
Requirements
- Minimum Fetac level 5 from a recognised childcare college
- Some experience with childcare is an advantage
- Knowledge of industry Health & Safety standards
- First Aid and Manual Handling certificates
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
