Job Description
We seek a Tools Director to lead a global Tools development team, overseeing the vision, design, development, and maintenance of internal tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency. Key responsibilities include enabling team members to independently and rapidly add and iterate ideas and content for our games, collaborating closely with creative teams, and ensuring tools are user-friendly, reliable, performant, and scalable. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of directing experience, 8+ years of experience in creating games tools, strong mentoring and coaching abilities, and a passion for making and playing great games.
