Job Description The Reward and Benefits team at An Post is passionate about delivering an exceptional service to our colleagues, by developing innovative rewards strategies and solutions that drive employee satisfaction and organisational success. We are now seeking to recruit a motivated individual to join the team as our Total Rewards Specialist. Reporting to the Reward and Benefits Manager as Total Reward Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various aspects of reward and benefits in An Post. In this role you will be tasked with obtaining, collating, reviewing, and analysing employee data and market trends to support Reward and Benefit projects, annual pay review process, bench-marking, and process improvement activity. Central to your success in the role will be your ability to collaborate closely with HR colleagues and wider stakeholders as the business continues to evolve on its transformation journey. Responsibilities The principal responsibilities associated with the role include, but are not limited to: Providing comprehensive salary and employee benefits benchmarking, working in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. Supporting the Reward and Benefits Manager to develop policies and processes that support the implementation of reward and benefit strategies. Completing job evaluations and recommending pay grades for new or revised roles. Analysing industry trends and benchmarks to develop meaningful benefits packages which support cost savings, enhanced employee satisfaction and brand attraction. Collecting, structuring, analysing, forecasting, modelling, auditing and reporting on reward related data. Collating and managing key pay governance documents and information including salary range matrix and reward policies. Supporting the administration of the benefits programs. Support annual compensation planning and merit reviews. Completing survey submissions for annual and ad hoc salary surveys utilising results for the development of salary structures and benefits programmes. Support the development of HR analytics reporting, including dashboards to illustrate cost effectiveness of evolving reward practices, programs, and policies. Actively seeking opportunities to continuously improve data/information quality and effectiveness, leveraging existing HR systems and technology. Supporting the implementation and roll-out of Reward and Benefits Cloud solution. Assist with ad-hoc Reward and Performance projects and tasks as needed. Demonstrating An Post values and behaviours in your day-to-day work and addressing behaviour that supports/conflicts with them. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 5 years of experience in a reward and benefits role and ideally a third level relevant qualification in HR or a business related field/professional qualification. You will have excellent analytical skills and an ability to bring data to life to support business decisions. You are highly organised with exceptional time management and prioritisation skills, and the agility to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You will be self-directed and able to handle large, concurrent projects with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and experience of working with a variety of stakeholders is also required.
