Job Description
We're looking for a new team member to oversee scheduled and private tours, lead tours, train staff, market tourism and events, and more.
Responsibilities:
Oversee scheduled and private tours, including research, development and procurement of tour operators
Lead tours
Train all members of staff on tours, brewing processes & Sullivan's History
Market tourism & events
Liaise with management regarding reservations, events and tour clashes
Liaise with the bar manager to ensure adequate stock levels for tours are maintained
Manage our tour booking & ticketing channels
Perform cash reconciliations and site lock ups when required
Comply with all relevant health and safety training and legislation
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service/tourism
Experience with booking/ticketing channels
Experience with Canva and social media channels
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and late evenings
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Quick decision-making skills
A keen eye for details
