Experienced Trade Counter Sales Assistant sought for a busy retail outlet in Ballincollig, Co. Cork, assisting customers and providing exceptional customer service in the plumbing, heating, building suppliers, and construction sectors.
Red Chair Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our client's team in Ballincollig, Co. Cork.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist a busy trade counter within a retail outlet
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Deal with queries and orders over the phone, face to face, and by email
- Offer experience and knowledge within the plumbing, heating, building suppliers, and construction sectors
Requirements:
- 2 Years Trade Counter Sales experience within the plumbing, heating, construction or building suppliers industries
- Excellent Knowledge of Building and Construction considered an advantage
- Excellent Communication, Organisation and Time Management Skills essential
- Flexible with working hours (40 hrs per week over 5 days per week from 8.30AM – 6PM)
- Computer literate and ability to update CRM's
