Job Description
Experienced Trade Counter Sales Assistant sought for a busy retail outlet in Ballincollig, Co. Cork, assisting customers and providing exceptional customer service in the plumbing, heating, building suppliers, and construction sectors.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of trade counter sales experience, excellent knowledge of building and construction, and strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Dealing with queries and orders over the phone, face to face, and by email
- Offering experience and knowledge in the plumbing, heating, building suppliers, and construction sectors
Requirements:
- 2 years of trade counter sales experience in the plumbing, heating, construction, or building suppliers industries
- Excellent knowledge of building and construction
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Flexible working hours (40 hours per week over 5 days per week)
- Computer literate and ability to update CRM's
