One of Irelands leading independent beverage suppliers is looking to hire a Trade Marketing Executive to join their team in West Dublin. This role is responsible for providing support to the Marketing Manager to plan and execute a trade marketing strategy for their brands in the on and off trade across Ireland. The successful applicant will be required to develop an in-depth understanding of the companys brands, their channel strategy and how to enhance sales opportunities within their customer base. What's on offer for the successful candidate Hybrid setup Monday and Friday remote 39-hour week Early finish Fridays 5% pension scheme 10% bonus paid annually based on targets achieved (pro-rata) Staff product discounts Fun employee events Career progression Impressive L&D budget Key Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to create sales and marketing resources, develop products and coordinate the distribution of materials Manage all aspects of content collation, copy writing, design, production and distribution of key Marketing & Sales materials, including offers, price lists, and sales presentations Manage the design and production of trade marketing assets including product advertising, social media assets, product photography and video trailers Provide support for the creation and production of Point-of-Sale items for trade promotions Maintain an up-to-date and accurate resource of sales and marketing materials Plan key trade shows and customer events to execute activations Contribute to post-campaign reporting: providing results, assessment and suggestions for improvement as required Recording and adherence to marketing budgets Key Requirements: 1 -2 years Marketing industry experience, including trade marketing experience Third level Marketing/Business or related degree Strong understanding of the beverage and/or FMCG industry Strong sense of design and current trends in Marketing Possess a full, clean, current driving licence Lawfully entitled to work in the Republic of Ireland Skills: Trade Marketing Executive
