An excellent opportunity for a Shop Supervisor for an established Builders Provider in Longford. This role will involve liaising with management to ensure the smooth running of a busy builders providers, and is a great opportunity with progression and a long-term career for the right candidate. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible Assist with the day to day running of the branch Assist other branch staff and manage the Trade Counter. Deal with customer complaints. Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Manage merchandising the shopfront Delegating tasks to the sales team. Liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing Cash/Till reconciliation Manage Rostering and ensure payroll is accurate Performance reviews with junior staff members Perform weekly EHS checklist. Ad-Hoc administration when required IDEAL CANDIDATE Experience in Hardware/Builders Providers essential Strong knowledge of Trade Counter Operations Adhere to company EHS Policies in a professional manner Familiarity with ERP Software for stock counts and cycles Ability to manage teams and excellent communication skills Skills: Builders Providers Trade Counter Building materials Builders Merchants Benefits: Pension Bonus
