Trainee Accountant Osborne Recruitment are currently recruiting for aTrainee Accountant to join a well established and highly reputable Accounting Practice based in Cork City. This is a full time permanent position based in Cork City. Salary: 24 to 32K DOE Hours: Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30pm. What you will get: You will gain experience in all service areas over the training cycle Commercial development due to almost immediate interaction with our clients from a vast array of industry sectors A close-knit team of staff who work closely together and enjoy regular social events Post contract progression available Post contract support available through additional qualifications such as the Institute of Tax exams What you will do: Preparation of financial statements for limited companies and sole traders Auditing and assurances services for limited companies Meeting and consulting with a broad range of clients Preparation of tax returns across all tax heads Company secretarial and preparing CRO returns (B1s etc.) Preparing and filing of Revenue Returns VAT, RCT, P30. Etc. Experience in specialist areas, tax planning, R&D, Forensic Accounting, pension audits, corporate finance What you will need: Must be hard working, numerate and with a keen attention to detail.
