Join our Management Team as a Trainee Duty Manager and gain exposure in a management capacity in one of Ireland's award-winning leading hotel groups. You will be trained in overseeing the smooth running of all departments and will gain experience in management duties, customer service, and Health & Safety. This is a fantastic opportunity for new graduates or those with a passion for hospitality to fast-track their career. **Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the smooth running of all departments
* Manage all allocated functions & banquets
* Assist with employee training
* Ensure the highest level of customer care
* Monitor the hotel functions book
* Liaise with Deputy General Manager and Conference & Banqueting Manager
* Attend weekly heads of department meetings
* Ensure Health and Safety of employees and guests
**Qualifications:**
* Previous management experience is desirable
* 3rd level qualification in a relevant field preferred
* Excellent English and interpersonal skills
