Seeking a driven Trainee Financial Advisor to join a reputable brokerage in the North East, working with clients to achieve their financial goals in a fast-paced and informal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships with clients
- Conduct fact finds to uncover clients' financial planning needs
- Provide best-class advice to clients
- Meet sales targets in a timely manner
- Ensure industry standards are followed and compliance regulations are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs
- QFA or working towards
- Effective time management and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
