Seeking Trainee and Qualified Financial Sales Consultants to join our growing team at Actual Insurances, a leading financial services brokerage in Ireland.
Our company offers a competitive salary and commission structure, with opportunities to reach a total income of €70,000 and more.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) and proficiency in MS Office and electronic point of sale systems.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience at every interaction.
- Conducting thorough fact finds with customers to identify their needs and objectives.
- Reaching or exceeding sales targets through the sale of financial products.
- Working in a compliant manner in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point of sale systems.
