Job Title: Trainer/Quality Improvement Analyst - French Location: Dublin City Centre, hybrid after training (2-3 days WFH) Salary: 35,000 + benefits Abrivia Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for Quality Assurance Tester for a Global Technology Company based in Dublin City. You will be joining a well-known company in their contemporary, exciting offices in the city. For this role, you must be fluent in English and French, have a great can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills and be highly proficient in administration. Being internet-savvy is a must and you must also be willing to take on multiple projects simultaneously. You must also be able to work with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines efficiently. Responsibilities: Evaluate quality samples to ensure standards are met. Monitor quality trends and highlight potential risks, providing insights Offer guidance to sales representatives, ensuring consistent application of established guidelines, procedures, and processes. Perform root cause analysis and conduct data evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with Managers and Sales Managers to ensure uniformity in quality assessments across the team. Take initiative to propose improvements that enhance both individual and team performance. Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives as part of the project team. Prepare and deliver QA progress updates to the Quality Lead. Carry out quality assessments based on client specifications. Lead coaching sessions and refresher training as necessary.
