Seeking a Training Coordinator to support a professional services company providing training solutions to public and private clients across multiple industries and geographies.

The role involves administration and coordination of training courses, requiring strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and email tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating training courses and events
  • Managing training schedules and logistics
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support to the training team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in training administration or coordination
  • Strong training administration and coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and email tools
  • Experience in Learning Management Systems is desirable

The role is permanent and hybrid, with the opportunity to work from home. A third-level degree is desirable, but not essential.
