Summary: We seek a Training Coordinator to identify and assess training needs, design programs, and collaborate with management to facilitate employee development. Experience in training/L&D, delivering engaging training programs, and developing training material is essential.

As Training Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Director and all heads of departments to support our ongoing projects and contribute to our growth trajectory.

You will identify and assess current and future training and development needs of the organisation to design training and development programs based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs. You will collaborate with the management team to assess and facilitate employee training needs and regularly consult with management to identify training gaps.

  • Previous experience in a training/L&D role
  • Successful track record of delivering engaging and relevant training programs
  • Ability to develop training material and programs
  • Passion for Training and Development
  • Willingness to travel (< 25% of total working time)
