Seeking an experienced Training & Development Lead to design and implement innovative training programs, drive growth and development of employees, and oversee compliance-related training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and rollout of a best-in-class site induction program
- Create skilled-based training with BU Managers
- Oversee initiatives like Front-Line Manager Training, Craft Apprenticeship, and Graduate Management Programmes
- Oversee and organize all onsite legal and compliance-related training
- Act as the go-to person for all training and development activities onsite
- Oversee and monitor the effectiveness of the performance management system on-site
- Develop customized T&D Reporting Metrics specifically designed for the Site
Requirements:
- Strong background in Learning and Development, ideally within the Food or FMCG industry
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion and strong track record of leading training programs that drive real change
