Job Description
Seeking a Training Development Partner for a 2-year contract to contribute to national and international efforts to build skills and competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project leads to develop standardized training approaches.
- Work with subject matter experts to gather insights for instructional materials.
- Create effective instructional plans using learning theories and design principles.
- Develop and test e-learning courses using software and authoring tools.
- Ensure courses are accessible and functional through UX and UDL principles, and regular testing.
- Manage multiple small-to-medium projects, as well as streams within larger projects.
- Maintain communication with European Training Centres, stakeholders, and teams.
- Contribute to academic articles and research pertaining to regulatory education.
Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as Education, Healthcare, or Psychology.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Knowledge of best practices in postgraduate education and digital learning technologies.
- Strong IT skills and experience with learning technologies and LMS.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects independently.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
