Seeking a Training & Development Specialist to support the implementation of training and learning programs as part of a multi-brand product strategy.

Our client, a prestigious motor company, is looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join their L & D team.
- Plan, implement and support training requirements.
- Deliver core organisational in-house training programmes using a range of media and blended learning concepts.
- Facilitate training needs analysis to identify learning priorities across the dealer networks and wider organisation.
- Implement multi brand training certification standard.
- Implement internal reporting structure that monitors network activity & standards.
- Ensure sales training programs support new model launch activity for all brands.
- Assist with the delivery, implementation, and support of identified strategic objectives.
- Ensure annual training schedule is delivered on time & in-line with multibrand strategy.
- Evaluate the training effectiveness.
- Provide management reports on training results.
- Travel to various brand Global Training Forums and Events.
- Support the maintenance of network and staff databases.
- Daily management of the annual organisational learning and development plan.
Requirements
- Significant previous experience in the training and development space.
- Motor industry & product knowledge/experience.
- Experience in delivery of training across multiple formats.
- Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a solid blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Good commercial awareness with a good understanding of best practice in sales processes and systems.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong listening and creative problem-solving skills.
- Data literate with good IT and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and gain the respect of Dealer network partners.
- Persuasive style with a positive determination to achieve results and meet deadlines.
- Good project management skills.
