Seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to enriching the lives of those we support, making significant contributions to the achievement of all training activities, practices, and goals. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering Foundation Safety Intervention training requirements
- Providing Safety Intervention Support Training
- Preparing Training documentation
- Supporting staff with Safety Intervention training matters
- Delivering classroom training requirements
- Supporting the implementation of the New Employee Induction process
- Coordinating the Management Development Programme
- Maintaining T&D records
- Preparing Training & Development documentation
- Level 7/8 Degree or working towards degree in Social Studies
- Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a busy team environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and judgement making critical decisions and recommendations
- Capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible team
- Good listener and open to learning from others
- Excellent organisational skills / self-motivation / self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills
