Job Summary: Experienced Sr. Program Manager Wanted for AWS Support Team

The AWS Support team is seeking a seasoned Sr. Program Manager to develop and manage high-quality training content for technical and non-technical learning programs. The ideal candidate will have significant program and project management experience and a passion for cloud computing.

As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing training content for our AWS Support teams. This role focuses on managing training programs for business-critical needs, collaborating with internal AWS Support leaders and subject matter experts, and developing technical and non-technical learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop global programs and curricula for customer success
  • Collaborate with internal AWS Support leaders and subject matter experts to develop learning solutions
  • Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently
  • Design and develop training materials and programs applying adult learning principles
  • Leverage rapid development techniques and create content for a rapidly changing environment
  • Design and develop exercises, tutorials, and assessments for learning
  • Use learning and business metrics to evaluate program results and improve learning effectiveness
  • Manage curricula and provide reporting to a global audience
  • Maintain wikis with current program details and reporting metrics
  • Support knowledge-centered support methodologies
  • Classroom facilitation with executive presence

Requirements

  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, or related field
  • Experience leading process improvements
