Job Description
Part-Time Training Specialist required for a 3-month contract with a Cork-based not-for-profit organisation, with potential for extension.
Our client is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to deliver local training programmes, working 28.5 hours per week, fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training instruction for various modules
- Facilitate training to develop specific knowledge and skills
- Liaise with stakeholders to maintain programme allocations
- Assist learners in reviewing past experiences and exploring future goals
- Collaborate on individual learner progression
- Support work experience placements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing training or instruction, particularly for QQI Levels 3 - 5 certification
- Train the Trainer qualification (desirable)
- Experience in a similar role within a learning, educational, or vocational training environment
- Strong understanding of vocational rehabilitation and learner progression processes
- Experience in developing Individual Action Plans or Person-Centred Plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and with various stakeholders
