Diabetes Care Kilkenny Our new manufacturing facility in Kilkenny, opening in 2024, reflects the growing demand for Abbott's global Diabetes Care products. This is how you can make a difference at Abbott: The Training Specialist will administer the site training needs, ensuring delivery of safe and effective products that meet customer needs, whilst maintaining compliance. Establish training needs. Tracking the timely execution of training plans. Entering new hires/employees into Systems in a timely manner. Serve as a training system Administrator, providing new hire training, and troubleshooting system links, training - related topics and other assignments from Manager. Conduct Quality training classes on Quality System Orientation (QSO) training and other classes, as assigned by Manager Perform training reviews at given intervals. Qualifications and Experience Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification in Engineering /Computer Science or equivalent preferred. A Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Strong problem solving and attention to detail. Good organisation, flexibility and adaptability skills would be an advantage for this role. In the event of cross-training across the team, I just wanted to include the flexibility and adaptability part.
