The Role Due diligence, strategic assessment, transaction management, negotiation and documentation and post-completion processes Leading teams in gathering, reviewing, verifying and analysing the financial information of companies for sale and formulating views Understanding business drivers, developing and agreeing the approach and value measurements with clients and providing advice throughout Business development and cross-selling opportunities The Candidate Ideally professionally qualified and/or with a strong academic record Strong Transaction Services experience is essential Currently or recently at Manager within Transaction Services in a global accountancy firm Transaction Services candidates who can demonstrate that they are ready to step up to Manager level can also be considered Exposure to Financial Services client markets is desirable but not essential Reference Number: RU12170 D Telephone: +44 (0)845 6435 085
