Senior Manager, Integration & Design

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the integration and design of business processes and capabilities across the supply chain.

• Lead the integration of business processes and capabilities across the supply chain
• Develop and implement process design methodology and templates
• Partner with global teams to design, develop, and maintain global processes and integration points
• Establish and implement process design controls and cadence
• Run cross-program process design interdependencies and implement controls and risk mitigations
• Ensure planning and execution of business simulation and validation
• Develop and deliver program presentations to senior-level stakeholders

Key qualifications include:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
• Progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or large transformation programs
• Solid experience in business process design, engineering, or optimization
• Hands-on project delivery experience and ability to handle project timelines and milestones in complex business environments
• Experience working in a complex, global system environment and experience with large-scale SAP ERP project(s)
