Job Description
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, Integration & Design to modernize transactional processes and harmonize them into one standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
This role will lead the process integration for a specific deployment, ensuring key processes and capabilities are designed, documented, and deployed in an integrated and effective manner.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business process design, engineering, and optimization, as well as experience working in complex, global system environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end business process mapping and scenario/use case definition
- Supporting development and maintenance of the ERP Global Template and program methodology
- Ensuring key processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner
- Leading the program team in mapping end-to-end business processes/needs
- Partnering with global teams of Supply Chain experts in design, development, and maintenance of global processes and integration points
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with a strong customer-centric focus, excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, and the ability to effectively lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies.
