Job Description

 

A leading financial institution seeks a skilled Project Coordinator to join its Transfer Agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  •     External and internal reporting, client pipeline status updates, and presentation deck preparation for stakeholders.
  •    Assist Client Project/Change Managers in project preparation, delivery, and key client artifact creation.
  •    Evaluate and manage Client Change Requests, prepare client communications, and deliver HLEs.
  •    Support Project Management Governance, ensure compliance, and complete project artifacts.
  •    Coordinate project plans, communicate with stakeholders, and identify project risks.
  •    Manage documentation, issue tracking, and project status reporting to business units and senior stakeholders.
  •    Collaborate with Project/Change Managers on budget management, project cost control, and invoice preparation.
  •    Interface with business units, coordinate project teams, and engage with Internal and External Audit teams as required.
  •    Participate in client-facing activities, communications, and project coordination.
