Seeking experienced Transfer Agency Senior Analyst to support Registration Team in Limerick, providing third-party administration services to fund management companies.
The Transfer Agency department offers a range of shareholder services, including dealing, registration, finance, and investor services. As a hybrid role, you will split your time between the office and working from home.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Perform daily processing tasks, including quality checks and assurance * Act as the escalation point for unresolved issues to the India Transfer Agency team * Create and provide day-to-day client reports, including prediction reports, cash reports, and register reports * Manage and analyze workflow queues * Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Maintain up-to-date procedures and checklists * Complete data protection checks and ensure all external communication adheres to Transfer Agency policies * Foster a close working relationship with other Transfer Agency functional areas * Respond to client and investor queries in a timely manner * Comply with regulations and internal policies **Requirements:** * Previous Transfer Agency/Client Servicing experience is highly desirable * Prior financial services experience * Previous client-facing experience is preferable * Effective risk management * Strong attention to detail and time management skills
