Job Description
Responsible for daily supervision of Transfer Agency deliverables, monitoring team activity, and client relationships. Identify priorities, assign tasks, and manage performance. Liaise with AML team, reconcile investor cash, and participate in client calls. Foster risk awareness and process improvements. Lead Private Markets Transfer Agency team using ISS, Investran, and other systems.
