What you need to knowWe are currently seeking a Transfer Agency New Business Onboarding Senior Consultant for a leading financial services company, based in Limerick.In this role, you will work in a team and will be responsible for the implementation of new clients, launching new funds for existing clients, and managing fund transitions and mergers.This role is a contract position up until the end of December 2024 with the potential for further opportunities arising towards the end of the contract. A hybrid working model is offered, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.Your new jobKey duties and responsibilities:Act as a subject matter expert on Transfer Agency offerings.Collaborate with clients to clarify standard services and work together on custom criteria.Ensure new business, new setups and enhancements are processed efficiently.Oversee multiple projects from initial requirements to final sign-off.Review essential documentation that is relevant to the account and provide feedback and instructions to clients.Accurately translate prospectus details and procedures into the operating systems with assistance from Subject Matter Experts.Attend client meetings to support the onboarding process and serve as the primary point of contact for Transfer Agency-related matters.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.Contribute to process improvements within the team, identifying new controls and procedures.What are we looking for?Several years of experience in financial services, particularly within Transfer Agency operations.Prior experience in client services or project management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Familiarity with legal and regulatory documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
