Deloitte has an exciting career opportunity for Transfer Pricing professionals with experience in a large professional organisation to join our award winning transfer pricing team in our Dublin office. About the role The successful candidates will work with our Transfer Pricing team and liaise with the wider International Tax teams providing specialist advisory services to a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industry sectors. The following outlines the capabilities required at Senior / Consultant level for the Transfer Pricing service line. Strategic direction - understand how your daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and wider firm. Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship building skills firstly with your immediate team, but in time with clients we are engaged with as you progress in your career. Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development and actively participate in key learning and development opportunities. Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship building skills with both clients of the practice and internally. About you You will have recently completed or be pursuing a professional internationally recognised taxation/transfer pricing qualification and/or equivalent degree in accounting, finance, law or economics. Familiarity with the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and domestic transfer pricing legislation in Ireland. Understanding the latest OECD principles and their impact on Irish and other countries' transfer pricing laws. Ability to prioritise client work and relevant chargeability targets while also dedicating time to non-chargeable work and extra-curricular tasks to aid learning and development in Deloitte. Ability to work effectively with the transfer pricing management team and resolve challenging issues. Ability to work and communicate effectively with peers and other team members, including those outside of the transfer pricing department. Prepare client research, meeting agendas and key discussion topics for client interviews and work with management at functional and risk analysis meetings. Draft technical advice, reports, and other deliverables using appropriate facts, analysis, and conclusions. Ability to identify and suggest improvements in team processes and efficiency. Ability to articulate the functional and risk profile of entities for economic analysis strategies. Willingness to learn on the job through specifically designed training programs and by working with management on client engagements. Ability to concisely save client data and information for completing transfer pricing reports and other deliverables. Familiarization with economic analysis databases and willingness to learn their usage. High competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
