Job Description
Transfer Pricing Manager role requires strategic planning and implementation of Transfer Pricing structures, leading client relationships and developing global business strategies.
The role involves planning and implementing Transfer Pricing structures, managing global client relationships and developing business strategies. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of staff, responsible for the development of Transfer Pricing policies, APAs and value intangible assets.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Transfer Pricing structures and oversee Transfer Pricing disputes in multiple territories
- Lead major global client relationships in relation to international Transfer Pricing matters
- Develop and implement business strategies
- Design and implement Transfer Pricing policies
- Assist in APAs, value intangible assets and provide a defence of transfer pricing in audits
- Lead and manage a team of staff
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
- 4+ years' Transfer Pricing experience with exposure to advisory work
- Technical expertise in Transfer Pricing issues and strong project management skills
- Ability to manage and develop staff
