What we do: Managing TP risk remains critical as businesses and tax authorities navigate increasingly uncertain times and growing demands for more tax transparency. With this changing environment in focus, our clients expect us to have a global & local perspective and advise them on managing their TP risks and on all aspects of TP advisory from documentation and compliance to the review, design and implementation of global TP policy, business restructurings and dispute resolution. What does this role offer? As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager you'll work as part of a dynamic and diverse team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution, documentation and defense. You'll work on complex and challenging assignments and gain experience working with interesting clients - from the largest multinational organisations to Irish start-ups and private businesses expanding their international footprint. You'll be expected to innovate to solve complex problems and develop digital tools to help us maximize the client experience. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactively directing and driving the success of a challenging, evolving and varied portfolio of clients including financial and risk management. Excellent opportunities to develop and progress by seeking further opportunities with the support of Partners and other mentors. Proactively build client relationships while leading European and global client projects and undertaking business development activities. Proactively build your brand within the marketplace (including the PwC Network) and grow the business through active business development activities. Set the tone in promoting risk management and compliance procedures. Responsibility for managing the financial aspects of projects including budgetary and time constraints. About you - Key skills and competencies: At least 8 years experience in Transfer Pricing consulting with at least 3 years of managerial experience. The ideal candidate would have experience in a mature TP market where a large proportion of time was spent on consulting projects. Degree in accounting, economics, finance, international business, law or other relevant disciplines/areas. Post-graduate degree or qualification preferred with a strong academic record. Excellent business acumen; ability to think commercially on projects and share industry insights with teams. Ability to identify gaps in the market, undertake business development activities and contribute to our growth ambitions. Strong track record in leading client and network relationships. Proven track record of leading multiple complex projects within budgetary and time constraints while consistently delivering a strong level of client satisfaction. Strong track record of successfully leading multiple engagements across all attributes including coaching and training, technical disciplines and financial management. Exceptional technical skills and a proven track record of maintaining relevance in an evolving marketplace. Ambitious - demonstrate strong commitment to personal self-directed learning and development, building market profile, seeking growth and progression opportunities.
