Job Description
Translation Project Coordinator role involves organizing document translations between languages, ensuring timely completion and managing multiple bookings.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our team. As a Translation Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quotations to clients for their orders
- Coordinating bookings between clients and linguists using multiple systems and spreadsheets
- Identifying and scheduling the appropriate linguist to complete the booking
- Ensuring translation documents are formatted according to client requirements
- Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and linguists via email and phone
Key Skills:
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking are essential
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-driven and ability to make decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet various deadlines
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Pro-active and self-motivated
