Transmission & Compliance Lead
Virgin Media Television seeks a skilled professional to oversee the management of Transmission and Programme Compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics for the Transmission and Compliance teams.
- Develop and implement strategic business roadmaps for Transmission and Programme Compliance.
- Collaborate with VMIE Tech Solutions, VMIE Network Teams, and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Lead system maintenance upgrades and changes in line with business processes.
- Maintain comprehensive records for Transmission hardware and software.
- Implement improvements in BAU workflows to reduce on-air errors.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date training guides and user manuals.
- Provide leadership support to TX & Compliance Supervisors.
- Manage rosters, including holiday and absence.
- Communicate effectively with the business.
- Foster relationships with inter-departmental teams and external stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years experience in a broadcast environment.
- Knowledge of Transmission Automation Systems.
- Knowledge of network systems, file formats, and codecs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid experience with Quality Control in relation to audio and video for transmission output.
- Budget management and project planning.
