Job Description: Transport Office Administrator (Part Time) - responsible for logistics, inventory accuracy, and administrative support. A focused and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently is required. Key responsibilities include: prioritizing orders, organizing collections, liaising with sales and warehouse teams, and providing administrative support. The role is 15 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 12.30pm, in a fully office-based environment. Required skills include previous admin/customer service experience, organizational abilities, analytical skills, communication skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge. SAP Business One knowledge is desirable.
