Sell the Tom Ford Beauty brand by achieving required retail sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Provide expert knowledge to strengthen customer loyalty and maximise new launches and events through targeted customer communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Adhere to Tom Ford Beauty service standards at all times
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Complete administration accurately and on time
- Carry out any other duties as required
Qualifications include previous retail industry/guest services experience, ability to provide inspirational customer service, and ability to work retail hours.
