Job Description
Sell the Tom Ford Beauty brand by achieving sales targets, strengthening customer loyalty, and maximising new launches and events through targeted customer communication.
- Provide prompt, polite and efficient service at all times.
- Demonstrate product expertise with every customer.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and adhere to Tom Ford Beauty service standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team, help colleagues, and promote team efficiency.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, including cleaning counters and adhering to brand hygiene standards.
- Complete administration accurately and on time, including personal retail sales reporting.
- Carry out other tasks as required to support the Counter/Business Manager, the Account Coordinator and/or the Company.
- Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty).
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
