Job Description

Role: Treasury Analyst Graduate Programme 2025 Location: Hybrid working*, which will include a blend of onsite (Dublin, Molesworth Street) and remote working ( 3 days in the office & 2 days Remote) *Some roles will require 5 days in the office Start Date: September 2025 This role is being offered as a 3.5-year training contract The AIB Treasury Analyst Graduate Programme is looking for talented, energetic, and motivated individuals who want to continue their learning with our tailored training programme, while also gaining experiences working in one of Irelands' leading Banks. Our Finance Team We're made up of small teams where you have the chance to expand your knowledge and be heavily involved in ongoing projects. Successful candidates will be placed in one of 3 areas in Finance: Treasury Group Financial Control -Treasury & Group Accounting Capital Management & Financial Modelling Our Graduate Training and Development programme has been designed to help you develop the behaviours and capabilities that will accelerate your growth throughout the programme and beyond. We offer rotations into different areas and different roles, providing you with plenty of opportunities to expand your experience, your knowledge and build your network across the organisation. Each graduate will rotate at least once during the course of the programme, depending on the business area and it's requirements. Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 3.5-year contract (September 2025 - March 2029).
