RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage company surety requirements Develop a thorough understanding of our business and priorities. Design, formalize and complete the end-to-end cash flow forecasting process, including analysis, insights, and methods for improvement. Collaborate across the organization to improve forecasting and insights Complete cash flow forecasting and cash flow actuals analysis for all legal entities within the group. Build and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and dashboards. Engage with other stakeholders (e.g. Client Management, FP&A, Procurement) to understand analytical needs that will drive forecasting accuracy. Oversee daily cash positioning and be an escalation path for all client receipt issues. Ensure efficient cash utilization and fund transfers across the organization. Monthly reporting as required. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or a related role in a multi-national company with a global footprint. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required;. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with financial software tools including SAP desirable but not essential. In-depth knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques. Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into insights. Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency along with being an effective communicator. #J-18808-Ljbffr
