Key Responsibilities:
Triage bugs from various channels
Provide actionable details on user bug reports
Monitor release health and flag launch-blockers
Improve triage efficiency through automation efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic coding fluency in at least one major programming/scripting language
Experience in command line tools and log review
Strong critical thinking and deductive reasoning
Strong communication skills with customer-centric approach
Experience in customer service or technical roles
