Job Summary: Assist truck drivers with daily tasks, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
The Truck Helper will be responsible for:
- Collecting and emptying bins
- Learning routes and guiding drivers
- Reporting issues to the office
- Dealing with customer issues in a polite manner
- Acting as a Banksman to guide the driver when reversing
- Working as a team
Person Specifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required
- A good level of written and spoken English is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliability and flexibility required
Package:
- Hourly rate including opportunity to work overtime
