My client a leading asset service provider is seeking to hire a Trust & Corporate Services Director to join its Dublin city centre based office. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all fiduciary responsibilities are met and cultivating a high performing team. You will also be overseeing that trusts have been set up correctly. A strong remuneration package along with favourable hybrid working will be on offer also. Responsibilities: Manage Trust team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence. Ensure all fiduciary responsibilities are maintained, and the portfolio is managed effectively. Ensure that Trusts are set up correctly and legally compliant. Monitor Trust investments and payments to ensure they comply with the Trust Deed. Ensure timely payment of all fees and manage billing for trustee services. Monitor income and distributions while maintaining accurate records. Requirements: 3rd level degree in business or related field. At least 7 years operational experience in the trust or corporate services sector. Comprehensive understanding of trust and corporate structures. Experience managing technical and complex transactions. Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and relevant local legislation for trust operations. Excellent communicator, with ability to influence. The salary range for this role is negotiable depending on relatable experience.
