Job Description
The Tyre Fitter will be responsible for ensuring the correct fitting and maintenance of tyres on customer vehicles, while providing support to the branch. Key Responsibilities: Repair and replace tyres on customer vehicles as required. Securely fit wheels, using a torque wrench for final tightening of wheel nuts. Conduct a thorough inspection before handing over the vehicle to the customer. Use materials, parts, and equipment efficiently to reduce wastage. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, particularly truck operation safety protocols. Keep the service vehicle clean, well-stocked, and serviced as needed. Follow the Companys operations manual and safety guidelines. Maintain strong working relationships with both colleagues and customers. Fully understand and comply with all Company policies and procedures. Essential Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Basic knowledge and experience with tyres.
