The Team and the opportunity We are recruiting for a number of large global SAP S/4HANA implementations and are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant at Senior Manager or Director level to join our Dublin SAP team. As a Senior Manager in EY, you will become a key member of our SAP team, focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to a large global client implementing SAP S/4HANA. You will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services. You will support the development and strengthen existing client relationships and help our clients navigate complex finance issues. As part of this growing team, you will also help shape the innovative culture that makes EY a great place to work. Your key responsibilities Advising clients on current and future SAP needs, including S/4HANA business case, business transformation, roadmap, and implementation Leading design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements Supporting business process re-engineering, particularly in the S/4HANA Finance space Sharing knowledge of best practice within the group and across other disciplines in the firm Playing a key role in planning and managing client projects throughout all phases Be part of a large team that supports different streams of work for all SAP Projects Maintaining current relationships with clients and building new ones by identifying new opportunities Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities Skills and attributes for success A minimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP Finance implementations in a Consulting or similar external client-facing environment Proven experience in implementing SAP finance processes such as new general ledger, finance general ledger processing, and budgeting/planning A solid understanding of core financial processes and the implementation of best practice solutions in the SAP Finance space. Experience of working in a Managed Service environment Experience with S/4HANA Finance, including key benefits and implementation scenarios Ideally, you will also have: A third-level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline SAP FICO certification, Project Management certification is desirable Implementation experience of SAP Central Finance would be beneficial What working at EY offers We offer a competitive remuneration package.
