Senior Java Developer - Tech Consulting
Seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to lead a team of developers and design complex Java-based applications.
About the Role
- Lead a team of experienced Java developers to deliver value for clients
- Design and guide the architecture of Java-based applications
- Actively participate in coding and development, focusing on complex features and modules
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through unit-testing, integration testing, and performance optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Java development and/or solution architecture
- Extensive experience with Java frameworks and tools, such as Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
- Experience with database design and technologies, including relational and non-relational databases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Team player with ability to work independently or with minimum supervision
