Ultrasound Applications Specialist sought to provide clinical and technical support for ultrasound equipment portfolio, generating new sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
FMC, a leading supplier of ultrasound equipment, is looking for a highly organized and autonomous individual to join their team in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience working as a Qualified Sonographer in a clinical ultrasound environment and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The role involves:
- Providing product demonstrations at customer sites, hospitals, and conferences
- Managing post-sales customer product and applications training
- Liaising with the Sales & Product Manager to ensure the latest information is available for users
- Managing the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process
- Supplying feedback to the management teams
- Identifying and documenting key influencers within accounts
- Providing support at courses delivered by key accounts/customers
- Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure satisfaction
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
- Creating supporting documentation for products
