We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Unit Manager to oversee restaurant operations for our client based in Dublin Airport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Location: Dublin Airport Salary: €40k plus Hours: 8 hour shift, 5 over 7 days This may suit a hospitality candidate looking for a more daytime led role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure smooth operations. Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures. Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment. Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs while managing labor costs. Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Maintain high standards of customer service The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in a high-volume setting. Strong leadership and team management skills.
