Health & Safety Advisor - Dublin The Data Centre Division is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor for a role based in Dublin. Responsibilities: * Lead by example in all safety practices. * Provide sound, industry-leading advice to project stakeholders. * Conduct audits/inspections of workplaces as directed by the BU HSE Manager. * Attend sites following accidents/incidents and assist in investigations. Lead the investigation in the absence of the Project Director or HSE Manager. * Liaise with enforcement authorities during site investigations. * Assist in preparing Health and Safety reports for the BU MD as required. * Notify the HSE Manager if there is a risk of inadequate Health and Safety coverage. * Support tender and prequalification teams by advising on Health and Safety concerns and providing practical solutions. * Attend Start-Up meetings with your line manager and site teams, and supply chain meetings as needed. * Deliver appropriate training sessions. * Stay updated on legislative changes and best practices to provide competent Health and Safety advice. * Recognize your own limitations and ensure advice remains within those limits. Requirements: * Tech IOSH certification. * At least 3 years of experience as a Health and Safety professional, with at least 3 years in the construction industry; experience in pharma is a plus. * NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent. * NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L3 in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. * Temporary Works knowledge. * Internal Auditor certification. * Local PD / CDM & PSDP / PSCS training. * Awareness of lifting operations BS 7121/IS361. * Temporary Works Awareness, including knowledge of the TWC role. * Incident Investigation Training.
